The hotel was clean and situated in an original style building with attentive and caring staff. It is located in a beautiful area not far from other ruins like Uxmal, offering a quiet atmosphere in Mexico. Additionally, there is an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Location is the main plus. Food is better at the neighboring lodge, and the beds are hard. You pay a lot to be this close.

I had a great stay at a hotel near the ruins of Chichen Itza. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the park entrance. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable king size bed and all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Being so close to Chichen Itza was so convenient, it is really only a 10 min walk down the road. We hired a guide from the hotel and I would recommend getting one as they know all the little details of the area. The pool area was was relaxing to come back to and have a beer after waling around for 3hrs in the ruins.
The pool lounge chairs were under a trees that birds were eating from and the seed casings were falling all over the place, not a big problem as all you had to do was move your chair.

The hotel's beautiful design, lush gardens, and artwork create a truly picturesque atmosphere. Its ideal location allows for easy access to the upscale Mayaland and the Chichen Itza entrance. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite being a quiet period, delicious meals were readily available. The hotel also arranged for a fantastic guide for our Chichen Itza tour. Don't forget to enjoy the serene ambiance at dawn by the pool, where you'll be greeted by the lovely sounds of birds.
